Comfort and convenience in a home which is always just right for you

Relieve the pressure of modern busy lifestyles with a home which is a sanctuary, a home which looks after you just as much as you look after it. Some of the simplest smart home ideas can make life so much better.

Smart air conditioning

Integrate your HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system into your smart home.

Pre-heat your home on chilly mornings, or pre-cool it on hot days. Enjoy a perfect temperature without having to wait for the HVAC system to adjust.

With smart air conditioning, you can control your home's temperature from anywhere. Whether you're at work or out for the day, adjust the settings on the go and come home to comfort.

Curtains and Blinds

Smart blinds

Take the hassle out of adjusting blinds, curtains or shutters. We build automations to open or close your window coverings as required. Your curtains can open in the morning and close at dusk, or have blinds automatically lower when the sun hits windows on one side of the house.

Set your automations to run at specific times, or to align with the changing length of days over the seasons of the year. Or integrate them into scenes which you can activate with a voice command or the push of a button.

Automated Good Night Scene

For example, when you’re ready for bed, let your house close itself down with a scene like this:

“Good Night” (triggers when GOOD NIGHT button is pressed)

All lights turn off except for those in bedrooms

All blinds & curtains close

Gates close (if not already closed)

Doors and windows lock (if not already locked)

Ground floor alarm is set - keypad LED lights turn red

If any doors have been left ajar, the system makes an announcement, specifying which door needs to be closed, before the alarm can be set.

For a given period (overnight) sensor lights will only illuminate to 10% brightness

Cut down on
energy waste

Motion sensors are standard in smart homes. They’re often used to turn lights on automatically in pantries, walk-ins and bathrooms, but you can also use them to reduce energy usage and bills.

How often have you (or your kids) walked out of a room leaving the TV on, or the music playing? You certainly don’t want your smart air conditioning blasting away for hours after they’ve left! A simple trick is to set an automation which powers everything down if there’s no motion in a room for a set period of time.

Nisi group has provided us automation services in our new home. We highly recommend their services as they are professionals with quick response and always on time. Their entire team is very supportive and friendly and they also go beyond their commitments to fulfill your requirements. We highly recommend Nisi group. Thanks to Alicia, Damian, Jack and Albert for your help and support through out the whole process. Thanks
